Juan did an excellent job of installing tile in the master and guest bedroom. He was very meticulous, neat and organized. Juan (Rambo) was very polite and courteous too. Would definitely recommend to others. Five stars to Rambo! Four stars to the company only because they are very busy and it took a long time to get an installation date. Note that the wait is worth it!

Just moved to the area and had to have carpet replaced. Shopped around with 4 different stores and all the prices were about the same. We decided to go with floors west since it was a locally owned store and Vicente and George were helpful and friendly. The quality of the work done was outstanding. My wife and I are super happy with how everything came out. Would definitely recommend this store for your flooring needs.
